This competition runs from 25th June 2022 and closes at 6pm on Wednesday 29th June 2022. Entries received after this time are automatically disqualified. The winner must reside in the UK and be over 18 years of age at date of entry. The winner must be willing to present proof of age on being informed of their win. Only one entry per person.
The winner will be chosen at random by Pink Wig Events and will be contacted as soon as is practical after the closing date, via the username they have provided through the social platform. The winner must confirm acceptance within 7 days of the date and time of the message informing them of their win. Should they not accept in time their claim will become invalid, and a new winner will be selected at random.
The prizes are as stated on the competition post on Facebook or Instagram and are subject to availability.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or credit alternatives are available. If, due to circumstances beyond their control, Pink Wig Events are unable to provide the stated prize(s), they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Pink Wig Event’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Pink Wig Events reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition where necessary. Pink Wig Events reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition. Insofar as it is permitted by law, Pink Wig Events will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from your taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of Pink Wig Events or its Committee Members. Your statutory rights are not affected.
By entering the competition, you confirm you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. There is no entry fee and no purchase required. The competition is open to people aged 18 or over, except immediate family members of the Committee Members.
Winners agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes. Pink Wig Events must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Pink Wig Events will disclose the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails enquiries@pinkwigevents.org.uk within one month after the closing date of the competition. If you object to the sharing of any or all of your surname and county, please contact Pink Wig Events. In such circumstances, Pink Wig Events must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

This competition is governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The prize includes:
x2 tickets to Pink Wig Night 2022 only, with a winner picked from both Facebook and Instagram entrants combined by random number generator.
This prize is valid for Pink Wig Night 2022 only, the winner will be compensated by receiving two tickets, these tickets must be presented to be granted entry.
